Our congregation is governed by a Church Council elected by the congregation. All committee chairpersons are members of Council and the group is joined by a Council Chair, Chair-Elect, Secretary, and Past Chair. The ministers are non-voting members of Council. Congregational meetings (of all church members) are held three times each year so Council can report on budgets, programme achievements and bring major issues forward for discussion and decisions.
