The main activities of the committee include:

• The Visiting Team which keeps in touch with people who have difficulty getting out.
• The Circle of Friends which are formed when a need arises for palliative or other special and intensive care.
• Workshops and Educational Activities about life issues, in conjunction with the Parish Nurse Support Group.
• Special Events-  teas and lunches to support groups within the congregation such as congregants who live in the same retirement home or people facing similar life challenges.
• Note Writing to express sympathy and care through difficult times or joy and pride in the successes and achievements of members.
• The Invisible Web of personal links providing informal linkages which take in everyone in the congregation. This is a project under development.
