Room RentalsBloor Street United has a room to suit your need - whether it be an intimate parlour for a small gathering, a large hall for a public meeting, a private rehearsal space, or the vaulted sanctuary for a public performance. We are centrally located - just one block from both the Bloor-Danforth and Yonge-University subways. There is pay parking in the lot right behind the church.
Weddings in the sanctuary are $525 (includes 1.5 hours for rehearsal and 4 hours for ceremony, photographs etc.)
Voice lessons, auditions or rehearsals in any room are $17/hr for up to 10 occupants, $26/hr for 11 to 20 occupants.
As part of our ministry in this community we offer the following discounts:
20% off to non-profit organizations and registered charities
50% off to Twelve Step programs (minimum charge of $17.00 per meeting)
Bloor Street United Church is available Monday to Saturday, 9a.m. to 10p.m. Extended hours (7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 10 p.m. to midnight are available for an additional charge of $32.00 per hour. Please note that our minimum charge is $150 plus GST for any booking after 5 p.m. on Saturday.
Rates are per hour and exclude GST. Please remember that rehearsals, preparations and set-up/clean-up time must be included in the hours booked. Rates are subject to change without notice.
